    • Our packages range from $550 to $1,450. All include delivery, design, installation, and removal.
  • How do I choose the right package for my porch?
    • Not sure which package fits your space? Email us a photo of your front porch, and our design team will recommend the best option within 48 hours.
  • Can I preorder?
    • Yes! Preorders open August 1 and we recommend reserving early—prime delivery dates go fast. Delivery begins in early September and continues through October.
  • How far in advance should I book my pumpkin delivery?
    • We recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during our peak season (September through November).
  • What are your delivery days and times?
    • We deliver Monday through Friday during business hours, with some weekend availability during peak season. We'll provide a specific delivery window when you book, and our team will contact you the day before to confirm timing.
  • Do you remove the pumpkins after the season?
    • Yes! Removal is included in all packages. We’ll come by in November and clean up your display—no mess, no hassle.
  • What's your cancellation policy?
    • We understand plans change! You can cancel or reschedule your delivery up to 48 hours before your scheduled date. For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, a 50% cancellation fee applies to cover our preparation costs.
  • How long do the pumpkins last once delivered?
    • With proper care, your pumpkins should look beautiful for 4-6 weeks!
  • How do I make my pumpkin display last longer?
    • Pumpkins are perishable. We recommend keeping your display in shaded areas, away from sprinklers, and elevated off soil or lawns to reduce moisture. A quick spray of water on warm days helps them stay fresh.
  • What should I do if a pumpkin starts to deteriorate?
    • It's natural for pumpkins to show some wear over time! If you notice any issues within the first two weeks, please contact us and we'll work with you to address the situation. We stand behind the quality of our pumpkins and service.
